Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. If your country isn't
listed at checkout, we can't ship there yet, we're working on it.
Cost
Delivery is free on orders of £20 or more.
Orders under £20 are charged £3.99 at checkout.
When your order leaves us
Orders placed before 16:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Anything after that goes out the next working day.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 2 working days of dispatch.
That's an estimate rather than a guarantee, once a parcel is with the courier,
its progress is out of our hands. We'll always get your order away within 30
days of purchase at the very latest.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so don't worry if the
link looks empty at first.
If something goes wrong
It hasn't arrived. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than
2 working days, email us and we'll chase the courier or send a replacement.
It arrived damaged. Send us a photo within 2 days and we'll replace it.
Hang on to the packaging until we've sorted it.
The address was wrong. Email us as quickly as you can. If it hasn't been
dispatched we can fix it; once it's gone we'll do what we can, but we can't
promise a redirect.
Nobody was in. The courier will leave a card and try again or hold the parcel
locally. If it comes back to us we'll resend it or refund the order minus the
delivery cost.
Changing or cancelling an order
We pack quickly, so tell us ASAP of ordering and we'll do our best.
